Port Forwarding isn't Working! SBG6700-AC

I have a SBG6700-AC router. I also set up a static IP for this, (192.168.0.5). Ive Looked up guides, tutorials, and everything else. Nothing I try seems to work! PLEASE HELP!

I tested it using multiple port checking websites, and i set my IPv4 as 192.168.0.5

You need the service running when you test. Launch the game before you test. The application needs to be listening on the port to show as open.

Ok I started up my ARK: Survival Evolved Server, and my ports in my gateway are shown as forwarding. However when I check my ports online they are still shown as closed.
