This probably isn't the right place to post this, nor the correct site, but I really need help with this. I was playing Black Ops II on Xbox 360 and noticed my NAT type was on Moderate. I want to make it Open so I tried to port forward. Anyways I got to port forwarding and whenever I try to, I get this error: "Public port conflict with Remote Management HTTP port." I'm trying to port forward port 80, I have a Trendnet TEW-631BRP Router. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!:)

DMZ exposes your system w/o the firewall. Basically, it means you only have to have a direct IP...
Many will not let you PF 80 for security reasons, it's one of the most attacked ports out there because it supports HTTP as well.
Try finding the IP of your XBOX and then sticking it in a DMZ. No port forwarding worries, and for the amount of security issues that affect an XBOX, that shouldn't be an issue.

I've PF'd 80 before. Just don't remember how, my friend helped me and he's not available atm.

I would still DMZ it, but if you go to portforward.com, you can likely find detailed instructions.

What does DMZing do? And also, I remember now.. The last time i PF'd 80, it was with a different isp, but same router.

DMZ exposes your system w/o the firewall. Basically, it means you only have to have a direct IP for any sort of work to be done, and port-forwarding is unecessary.

It's a bad idea on PC because it grants direct access for firewall and exploits, but consoles don't have the same issues in my understanding. Plus the odds of a random person finding your IP and misusing it are pretty low.
