Question Port forwarding not working

Ok guys so I have 2 routers.
The default one is Huawei HG8121H (which is from my isp and they only allow me user login on the router's gateway)
And the one I got is a D-LINK DIR842
I tried port forwarding from the huawei router the 25565 port for example to my local pc ip and same for the dlink router.
And when I check it on port checkin sites like canyouseeme it's always not working.
Could anyone help me?

What are the first two blocks of your WAN IP?

does the huawei router see each individual device? aka is your dlink just acting as an access point to it? or does it just see the dlink connected and then the dlink sees the individual devices? if the huawei router only sees the dlink in its list of devices port forward to that ip the one it has assigned to the dlink, not to the pcs, then forward to the pcs ip in the dlink
