Is your problem that you can not find the screen that you can do the setting for the router or is it that they do not work.
Finding a online manual for that router is tough but I would suspect there is a menu that allows you configure port forwarding.
The bigger problem is most mobile broadband networks do not give you a routable IP. Most do what is called carrier NAT so you have a router in the ISP network that you would need to set port forwarding option but obviously you will not be allowed to.
