Sorry for this question being noobish, this is my first time port forwarding. I wanted to port forward my Bell Home Hub 1000 for Garry's Mod, but I couldn't find any tutorials for the Bell Home Hub 1000 at all. However, I found a simple tutorial for port forwarding with Minecraft on the Bell Connection Hub (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YemhpIRWMGc) and I was wondering if port forwarding on the Bell Home Hub would be the same, besides changing the rule name and making two rules for ports 27000 and 27050.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, even if the port forwarding page doesn't look exactly the same, the general configuration for forwarding will be.

Okay, turns out the bell home hub configuration is a bit strange. When making a rule, there is an internal port and an external port. I want to forward port 27015-27016. In the internal port and external port section, there are two boxes with a hyphen in between, that seem to be meant for forwarding ports like the one I would like. However, in the internal port section the box after the hyphen is blacked out and I cannot type in it. Should I make two rules for 27015 and 27016, or is this just a glitch and the only option is DMZ?

Here's an image of the port forwarding page: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pnsp703u171l2al/Homehub.JPG?dl=0

Thanks in advance.

Strange that the box is greyed out, but since it's only two ports, you can just make two different rules which should work fine.

I wouldn't recommend using the DMZ, especially on a PC, without thorough knowledge of the consequences.

I would do quite a few things before DMZ, as I am aware using it on a PC can open you up to many attacks that would normally not come through the router. I'll try making two rules and seeing if that works.
