A couple things ...
1. I find port checking websites unreliable. If you say it's not open because a port checking website says so, I would not trust that. If you say it's not open because your friend can't connect to your server, then that is more reliable.
2. Is there anything else that could be stopping traffic on that port. Do you have another "box" (router or modem) before the Huawei? Does the computer you are running the server on have a firewall (most Windows computers do)?
3. Is you server working? Are you able to connect to it from a computer on your network.
4. The B315 is sometimes sold together with LTE internet connections. Most mobile carries block ports. Could your ISP be blocking you?

1. ive used portforward.com network utilites to run a port check with no succes, and my friends cant find the server.
2 i dont have another box and my firewall is really turned down ive allowed the port
3 yes the server is working i can connect on lan
4 i have no clue

litterally have tried google so many times and nothing has worked out for me

What's your WAN IP? You might have everything setup correctly, but port forwarding will NOT work if your WAN IP is a private IP issued via your ISP instead of a public. This is know a Carrier-grade NAT (CGN) or Double-NAT.

If the above is true, then you'll need to ask your ISP to put your modem into "bridged mode" so that you can get a dynamic *public* IP address assigned to the WAN port of your personal router.
