Port Forwarding Problem

Hi. I have a Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Router EA6300.
I would like to port forward my server on a game known as Terraria. When I log into my account, it's all normal, but when I click security to port forward, I get "Unexpected Error 2118". If I press OK and continue on to "Port range forward" the button 'add port range forwarding' does not work when I click on it. I do not know what to do about it. I have reset the router, Turned the Modem+Router off and on, restarted my computer, but nothing seems to work. Please help me with this problem.

Try doing a factory reset? Save any changes by backing up the settings file and then reset to factory default and then restore the settings. See if that helps

How exactly do I factory reset? Is it the button in the back? If it is, I've already tried. Ill just try it again...

Do you have a USB device or external storage attached to the router?
