I have a Linksys Wireless Router (54G) with which I setup port
forwarding to port 3389 and the internal IP 192.168.1.101 to be able
to access remotely my main computer (Remote Desktop in WinXP Pro).
The problem that i have is that when i boot-up my computers they get
assigned different IP Addresses by the router each time (depending
upon the booting order??). how can i make my main computer's IP
address fixed, since the router is the one assigning the IP addresses?
thank you very much for your help,
NH
