Port forwarding through a bridged router?

So I'm looking to do some simply port forwarding, however after attempting multiple times the new ports don't appear to work through my bridged router. Both my routers are Apple Base Stations (as seen below).

Here's my network configuration (Ignore the blacked out router, it's not important):

The second router is bridged to the first one despite the variation of network name.

(We use PPPoE because of our region).

Since it's bridged there's nothing to configure on it regarding port forwarding, so the issue is in the 1st router, post an image with the configuration you made in the 1st router to forward the ports, also post which ports you are trying to forward (port number, is it TCP and/or UDP?) and the IP address of the pc that needs them forwarded.

I'm trying to setup a Minecraft server and run it off of my gaming PC. The IP address and MAC address are that of my PC.

Looks ok... in minecraft's guide for setting up a server it points out that with the Airport routers you gotta make sure the "Internet sharing" option is enabled, if that's enabled and still it's not working it could be your pc's firewall (windows firewall and/or antivirus) blocking those ports so give it a test turning off all possible firewalls.

I actually can't find an internet sharing option. I read online that if it's enabled I wouldn't be able to bridge my network (not sure how true that is).

Went and disabled my firewall, still no success. CMD says failed to bind to port. Am I supposed to put my public IP as the server address, or should I change that to something else?

Would it be worth changing the second router's setting to something other than bridge and still have things work? Just grasping at straws.

Played around with some settings. Changed router 2 to extend the network of router 1. Problem was still there, however the internet speed became ridiculously slow, so much so that I changed it back to bridged mode. Anybody know why that is?

No idea what option you chose on 2nd router to "extend the network of router 1", usually bridged mode does that...

How are you checking in cmd? you are loading the server then checking if port is in listening mode or how?

For people to join from outside your network they need to point to your public IP address, clarifying that just in case.

Right now I have 2 networks in my house, I attempted to form one by extending it, too slow though.

Anyway, I found the solution. Looks like I port forwarded absolutely fine as pointed out, however in the server config I changed the IP field to blank. So now instead of polling one IP, all the internal IPs of my network are being polled and the server is found, meaning it works! All I then have to do I give people my public IP for them to join
