Im having some troubles with portforwarding
i want a remote administration tool so i can view my pc from a different location
i need to portforward port 1604 for that so i did that i disabled my firewall so that wont block it but this is where it gets weird when i turn the remote administration tool on it says connection refused but when i turn it off it says that the port is open im using canyouseeme.org to check this

It sounds like the port has been forwarded correctly. I would double check all the settings on the PC you are trying to connect to and ensure it is configured to properly allow access from which ever remote assistance tool you are using. (Which are you using out of interest?)

Im using darkcomet to create a exe file so i can run it on the pc i want to monitor aka my desktop pc so i can view it from my laptop

Darkcomet is widely recognized as a remote administration trojan. May I suggest you use something like teamview or similar? You are more likely to get help from this community if you are using something that is recognized as a legitimate remote administration tool as opposed to one that is commonly recognized as a trojan. It just seems very suspicious...

I need a program thats running in the background do you know any programs

I found out that the tcp closes but the udp stays open
