[SOLVED] Port Forwarding wont work?

Hi! I have been setting up port forwarding for my Minecraft server and have succeeded over and over again. But ever since I upgraded my computer and got a new router, the 25565 port wont work. I have a Dynamic IP and I have already allowed the port to access through my firewall. When I check the Port Checker websites however, it still wont work. I have a google Wifi router. Anyone know how to solve this?

How different is the new router. The port forwarding rules on some are rather strange. Maybe use the DMZ option to start with that tends to be simpler to configure. Also temporarily disable the firewall completely on your PC

I turned off the firewall and things but it seems to not be able to turn on the 25565 port

Maybe its the application then.

Try to connect with a local pc using the lan ip.
