Port Fowarding unsucessful, ports remain closed

This question gets asked a lot, I know and I've looked through all the previous answers, but nothing helps.

I need port 80, 443 and 6112 open to play the Original Guild Wars, because I experience a lot of what looks like package loss or server desync, and so far opening those ports is the only solution I have.

I have done the port forwarding on my router and added protocols for the windows firewall, but according to portchecker only Port 80 is open, the others remain closed. I don't know what I did wrong or what I'm missing. I've watched videos and read how-to's and I've done it all exactly like there.

Well then you may have come to the end of the road. Only befriending a real geek who can come to your house may save you. :(

We geeks who do this all the time knows instinctively what to look for but heck if anybody has time to write a step-by-step, accounting all possible scenarios.

I think the ISP can throw you a monkey wrench by blocking port 80 and others, they try to dissuade home users setting up servers and using more bandwidth. Different router brands may handle port forward *just* a little differently to throw you off.

I know, this doesn't help. :(

Well, I forgot to mention that I managed to open Port 80, and I followed a Guide from the Manufacturers website so I don't think it's my ISP blocking me.
