Port mapping/ port forwarding

I have seen these entries in my modem log, should I be concerned about many entries like the one below:
Add port mapping to 61463 to my isp address?

Probably not a concern.

Do note the suggestions in the last paragraph "When troubleshooting......"

Determine what, if anything, is listening to that port and of course run your anti-virus and anti-malware scans just to be sure.
