Port multiplier sata III

Hello, I am looking for a port multiplier (PCIe card) that supports sata III, to use with Star Tech SBAY5BK external hard drive enclosure. Also, there seems to be a discrepancy between the Star Tech Speck sheet (Supports sata III) and the manual for the unit which states the it only supports sata 1/2. If you can help me, it would be very nice.
