Having 8CH DVR of IPZONE. Configured ip address, ports and ddns. Have router of Binatone. Configured port forwarding. Installed EagleEyes on iPhone5 and configured ip address, port, user id and password.

Problem: I am able to access DVR using read2smile.noip.me on web browser but not able to access using read2smile.noip.me:5000

5000 is the mobile port configured in DVR and is opened in router. Please help.

Solution
If you can access it in a browser via the DDNS name without a port number, then you are accessing it via port 80. Is port 80 forwarded?

Yup. Port 80 is forwarded. Port 5000 is also forwarded which is Mobile Port written in DVR. Port 8000 is also forwarded which is TCP port written in DVR.

I checked on http://www.portchecktool.com. All ports (80, 8000 and 5000) are forwarded and opened.
read2smile.noip.me is working.
read2smile.noip.me:80 is working
read2smile.noip.me:8000 is not working
read2smile.noip.me:5000 is not working

To see live stream on Eagle Eye app, read2smile.noip.me:5000 should be accessible. Where am I making mistake. Please help.

No, only 192.168.1.10:80 is working. 192.168.1.10 is working but neither 192.168.1.10:5000 nor 192.168.1.10:8000 are working. 192.168.1.10 is local ip of my DVR.

If that is the case, then it is a DVR problem and not a router problem. You need to get it so that the LAN ip + port works first.

How to get it work. Here are the settings of my DVR:

Ethernet Type: Wired Card
DHCP: Disabled
IP Adress: 192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
First DNS: 192.168.1.1
Second DNS: 0.0.0.0

DDNS Type: NO-IP DDNS (Enabled)
Domain Name: read2smile.noip.me
User Name: harsimran7me
Password: *********
Status: Disconnect

TCP Port: 8000
HTTP Port: 80
Mobile Port: 5000

Everything seems ok. Then why not working??

But when I checked on http://www.portchecktool.com, it says, Success! I can see your service on 122.173.xx.xxx on port (5000)
Your ISP/Router/Firewall is not blocking port 5000.

122.173.xx.xxx is external ip of DVR.

You should EDIT your previous post and REMOVE your external IP address !!!

That check is saying that the port forwarding is working, not that the DVR is correctly using those ports. That is why I say it is a DVR problem and not a port forwarding problem. You have to get it working on LAN.

If you have a link to the user's guide it would be helpful ...

Nothing special mentioned in user's guide. What to do now??
