Portable DVD player

I have a DB DVD player that has a USB port I put the USB port on put my young my digital card with a converter into the USB port and it says that it doesn't say anything I can't get the movie that's on the SD card to play Removed

1. Don't put your phone number at wild - there are enough scammers already.
2. Is your DVD player designed to play movies off USB drive? What does the manual say? What is the exact model number of that player?
