I have two portable hard drives connected to the same USB hub, one of them is from WD and the other one
is from Seagate. I have safely ejected the WD one but after hours and hours I can still feel that it's vibrating
(I feel by my palm putting on the top of the drive), but the Seagate one, even isn't ejected, but idle, I cannot
feel any vibration.
Why is the problem? Does it imply that Seagate makes a better software control on their hard drive??
