Portable PC for video editing

Hello, i am in need of a portable PC to be able to photo shop and edit video (heavily). i know that a Mac is good for video editing (i am not trying to start a debate) but i would like to stick with windows 8.1. Any suggestions? Thanks

What's your budget? Wouldn't a laptop be better option?

Any laptop with an i7 4-core/8-threads will do the job.

My Bad i did mean i laptop i currently have a pc and need to go portable. Would the ASUS books be good?

Asus is great laptop manufacturer. But also Dell, Acer and Lenovo make good quality laptops.

Just check the specs, 4th gen Core i7 4-core/8-thread, 16 GB of RAM, SSD, HDD, etc.

That laptop has an OK CPU.

But, if you want to render videos quickly enough, better check for one with higher specs.
