Portable solar charger for my laptop

I have been searching for solar chargers to power/charge my laptop and everything I read in the product specs indicate it will not work. Yet the product descriptions clearly say "Laptop Charger." Here is the specs for one I am looking at:

Voltage: 24v, Current: 375mA
Solar Power: 9W
Li battery capacity: 8800mAh
Length of cable: 10M
Voltage: 12v Power: 3W

My laptop specs:
65w - 47WHr, 25v, 2.6a

How would this work?

Most solar charging devices provide a "trickle" charge to batteries. They don't produce enough power to replace an AC adapter, but can slowly charge the battery if the system is powered off (or extend the life of the battery in the laptop is in use with the solar charger connected).
