Question PortForwarding Issues

Hello I've been trying to do port forwarding and not getting any success .My goal is basically to ssh my raspberrypi over internet .What basically happens when I add my ip and port is the internet just stops working.To fix that I have to remove the forwarded ip and ports.Please help me in port forwarding.I can send you screenshots of login page.

Try and port forward using your MAC address of the PI sometimes it just works as no ip problems

Sadly, if the option isn't there it's not there.
I googled this iball company and they make cheap network equipment.
