Porting my system onto a new SSD

Hi

I want to port all my files and programmes from a 128GBSSD to a 500GB SSD. Is this possible without requiring a new product key?

I'm currently running Windows 10 Pro

I have an original Windows 8 Pro disc and a really don't want to reinstall windows 8 then do the free update, and reinstall all my programs.

Sure it is called cloning your drive. There are a lot of programs that will do it for you.

If you're going to a Samsung drive, the included Samsung Data Migration.

i already have a samsung drive. i was either thinking of the Sam Evo 850 500GB or the Sandisk Ultra II 480? I din't think there will be much performance difference for the tasks i use (word, Photoshop and Lightroom)

Sure.
Either of those will work.
I recently got the 960GB version of that Sandisk. It is currently the games drive.
