Hi there,so lately I've noticed a bit of a problem that is extremely annoying, in the bottom right corner of my screen there is a rectangle that is invisible and there are no windows there and every time i try to click in there it does not work, the task bar in that area works fine and windows notifications do too but when i'm on chrome or any other type of process it becomes non responsive i can still move my mouse over it but it just doesn't respond to any of my clicks or wheel scroll.(there is no problem after i immediately start my computer, it just shows up randomly when i suspend it and turn it back on) i've tried updating my drivers and i must avoid rebooting at all costs. Also there is always a system interrupt eating 0,3 -0,6% of my cpu and it only started as soon as i've noticed this problem. Thanks

i fixed at least part of it i deleted Windows 10 Version 1607 and it fixed the non responsive screen thingy but not the system interrupts
apparently i did not fix it it just took longer to appear.
