Question Ports Still Closed After Port Forwarding

I've been trying to port forward for a few days now, and I can't seem to get anything to work. I have the Netgear WNDR4500v3 router, with a public IP address, a static IP with mine reserved, and firewall turned off (PC and Router) but still cant get any ports to forward. Anyone know why this could be? I've been researching for a while now and no one seems to have the exact same issue as me

Could be your ISP - is restricting the ability to port forward; without them allowing you you won't be able to do it successfully... I'd start with searching: "ISP - port forward" or "ISP port forward issues" - many times others will have this problem and you'll see the possibilities in the threads... Sometimes you'll have to call your ISP and specifically ask them.

Im pretty sure that my ISP isn't restricting my ability to port forward, because I don't have an IP thats starts with 10.xx or 192.xx.
