Question Possibility of adding a SSD in a Dell SFF PC

Is it possible to install a ssd in a SFF PC without sacrificing the HDD and DVD drive? If yes, how can i do it?

Extremely simple.

If computer has 2nd SATA slot and the room for it, 2.5" SSD, add at will.

If not can always move to USB HD/DVD external, if that's acceptable.

Is there any performance loss or boot up lag when PC is connected to an external Hard drive?
