Question Possible artifacting?

I have bought a prebuilt pc with a 3070 back in June and it’s been absolutely fine besides one thing that’s started happening recently since the last update on valorant, they’ve released new skins and the skins kill animation goes all pixelated which u can see in the screenshots.

this only happens on anti aliasing on MSAA x2/4 not on FXAA or off, and doesn’t happen with any other in game skin or any other game that I’ve noticed - would this indicate it’s an in game issue or is my gpu dying

Thanks for your reply, are you sure tho? I’m just super paranoid when it comes to this pc and if it was hardware I’d rather just get it swapped whilst in warranty. Found it weird how it only happened on certain settings…
How do I uninstall drivers without messing it up? Some people say DDU, some say it’s just through add or remove program
