Possible backlight issue with LCD monitor

Hello,

My monitor exhibits behavior like a fluorescent light with a bad starter when turned off overnight or screen saver for periods of 20min or more. I have to keep switching the monitor on and off several times and it flickers like it has a weak/bad starter. Once it warms up its fine looks as good as the day I bought it. I hooked it to 2 CPU’s with the same result.

THis is CRT monitor which is used for year ---right!
Then it is normally Just buy new lcd ..
