I have had a Ryzen 5 2400G for 2 years now and lately I've been experiencing crashes lately, only on "heavy games."

Watch Dogs started crashing for me last week and so does Watch Dogs 2. {Driver Timeouts}
Brawlhalla (A 2D Platformer game that's light on resources runs fine.)

I ran OCCT an hour ago and BOY 33 Errors found on GPU#0...

I have overclocked this iGPU for a short while (at 1.16875V, 1500MHz (Stock 1240MHz)) then brought it back to stock.

Could it be possible I've fried the GPU?

Could it be silicon degradation? If yes, will raising voltage back to 1.16875V and leaving clocks at stock help?

If none of the above, will AMD still RMA my CPU?
