I recently bought Gigabyte Gtx 1050 ti windforce.i gave it a +150 on gpu clock and a +580 on memory clock its fully stable . My cpu is FX 6300 OC at 4.4Ghz fully stable too.First thing i did its to try my system on battlefield 1.the gpu usage was at 100% and cpu at ~90% giving me an average of 60fps on 1080p with some settings on high and some on medium. So i decided to take a bit higher my cpu and oc on 4.6 Ghz.its stable with nice temps but now the gpu usage is on ~70% and cpu again on ~90% and having lower fps ~45.Nothing else changed on hardware, all temps are fine.already checked drivers.on other games it just works fine even before on 4.4GHZ
Specs :
Fx 6300 4.6 Ghz
Gigabyte GTX 1050 ti windforcee
gigabyte Ga-970a-ud3p
8Gb ram
500GB HDD
corsair 450w vs 80+

since before the overclock i got 60 fps and its enough for me i dont think the 6300 can not handle it
+ something strange that i noticed is that when i lower the resolution i dont see any big change in fps
(stop eating whatever companies are telling you,ofc a new proccesor is better than an old one but that doesnt mean that the old one is going to the garbage)

So you are saying that at lower speeds you had more FPS? Probably an issue with the CPU running properly at that speed, it's an odd behavior with losing frames at a faster CPU speed. If it was working fine, it will go up or stay the same. Are you running it on DX 11 or 12? It seems to run better on 11.

DX12 in an other issue.....whenever i turn on the dx12 and restart the game after ~1 min the game stop responding havent found a fix yet so atm im stuck on dx11
