Possible Bottleneck with 3820?

I have an i7 3820 x79 and a 780 ti and I wonder if Im suffering from bottlenecking.
Does anyone know? Thank you.

Thank you for your answer, I just asked because in Battlefield 4, I get around 60Fps but sometimes drops to 40 or 35 for no reason, and I was worried that it was due to bottlenecking.
Btw I have a corsair H80 and I was wondering what the vcore voltage would be to get around 4.3GHz thank you.
