Possible bottleneck with GTX 1060 3GB?

Hello,
I am thinking about buying a GTX 1060 3GB, but I have a couple of concerns.
My computer is somewhat old (about 4 or 5 years), and I am wondering if i should just go for a weaker card like the 1050 Ti to prevent any bottlenecks.
Is my power supply good enough?
Is my processor to weak?

P.S. the reason I am looking for a new GPU is because my old Radeon HD 6850 stopped working, and I am now using the integrated graphics.

You should get the 1060 6GB card.

we have no way of knowing if your PSU is good enough because you didnt tell us what PSU it is. otherwise the i7 2600 is perfectly fine for even a gtx 1060 6GB card.

i wouldnt use that power supply with even the most budget, basement computer for the simple fact of it being a potential fire hazard

although yes, it could probably handle your setup just fine although the PSU is probably actually about 400watts max.
