Build Advice Possible Bottleneck with RTX 2080

Hi all I recently bought the ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 O8G ROG STRIX OC Edition as I felt that my EVGA 970 was getting a little old (3 years) looking to improve my fps in games like Fortnite and Apex. I don’t feel like getting this new card has caused too much of an fps increase so if you guys have any ideas on the specs listed below which could be the bottle neck on fps please let me know.

CPU: I7 4790K
GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 OC
RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE Pro Series 12 GB 3X 4GB (One stick died was 16gb) DDR3 DRAM 2400 MHz C12 Memory CMY8GX3M2A2400C11R
Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
PSU: Corsair 750w Bronze
Storage: 2TB HDD+ 250GB SSD
Water cooling: NZXT Kraken x61

Running at 1080P btw

If anyone has ideas regarding what the bottleneck could be and if any overclocking of ram or cpu would give me much of an fps gain (no current overclocks).

At 1080P, yeah the CPU is defiantly bottlenecking the card.
