Question Possible bottleneck?

Hey, so i have this problem with my computer. Its a High end PC, and should be able to run csgo with 300+fps, but for some reason it only runs with 90-105 fps average. Drivers are updated, no overheating, Vsync is disabled in csgo. My monitor is 144hz, so it should be able to run at least 144, right?

Are you monitoring CPU/GPU/RAM utilization in-game?

Are you monitoring temperatures?

What in-game settings?

ddr mean double data rate 1069x2 is 2138, go to your bios and turn on xmp memory profile
