I think this is better. Your budget is too high not go intel. And although the i5 I listed is not on sale right now, it goes on sale often so if you are not in a hurry, you'll find a good deal soon. The 770 2gb version is not a good option, in my opinion. Either bump your budget up to allow for a 970, or go with the 290 I suggested. And I didn't like the psu you listed, so I put in a different one. Everything else is the same.
