Question Possible Cooling Issues

Hey everyone. So I have an 8700k that has always seemed to run unusually hot since day 1. It's currently running stock w/ adaptive voltage and after a 15 minute run on RealBench w/ a max voltage of 1.188 it reached a max of 75c. Given the fact that it's stock combined with the low voltage, does this seem warm to anyone else? I've tested it with a Kraken x62 AIO and a Cryorig R1 Ultimate, both had similar results. I originally had it in a Core P3 case but have since moved it to a Corsair 460x, with the P3 being just a few degrees cooler. Anything else I could try to determine the cause? Is it possible that mine has an unusually bad TIM application?

75c is perfectly safe and it seems fine to me for an extreme benchmark.

I don't think there are any problems that need addressing or are worth worrying about.

It's safe, yes, but it's on the high side with that low of a voltage using two decent coolers isn't it? At this point I can't even overclock it unless I delid. I'd be happy with 4.7GHz all core but even that makes the cpu hit the high 80's.
