Possible CPU Upgrade?

Hello.
I have a motherboard (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128602) with a 3.5GHz processor. I am looking for a possible upgrade from 3.8GHz+. If anyone knows something that I can use (New but not expensive). I would try and find one myself but I don't know much about how to find out if the processor is compatible or not with the motherboard.

A good upgrade would be AMD FX-8370 however that is out of the picture because of the price. I might get the 4300. Also, I was also told that don't keep the old fan use the fan that came with the processor because it is better. Is this true?

If you use an after market cooler let me know the make and model. If you use the one that came with your previous processor, than swap it.

Yes, the 6 core is aproxx 9% better

I'd suggest you keep the cpu and later change platforms if you can save up more money.
