Possible craigslist finds for budget gaming PC?

Hello again Forum, I'm still looking for my first gaming PC and was browsing the local listings and found a few that sparked some interest...

I would appreciate your input on these two as to if they would be worth buying instead of building my first. I would mainly like to run arma 3, dayz, and h1z1. Thanks! ALSO the prices could possibly be negotiated down so keep that in mind!

Between those two, it is a no-brainer. The Topeka (intel 3750K) has an SSD, faster CPU, but an older graphics card. The graphics can be updated more easily than the CPU/motherboard in the other one.

Should I go with this one instead of building my own? Will these specs meet my needs with the current graphics card or will that need upgraded up front?

A 7870 is a 270x or 270.. So the benchmarks fora 270/x will pretty much be the same for that PC. Also, the KSU PC has no PSu listed, so it is probably a junk power supply. The Topeka one atleast as an okay PSU.
