Possible damage because of power cut while in sleep mode

So the other day I completely shut down my computer to clean the dust out using compressed air. I turned of the power supply and unplugged it while the os was in sleep mode. I didn’t give it much thought. Now every time I hit sleep mode on my computer I get a BSOD screen with system exception not handled. My question, is cutting the power wile in sleep mode damaging to your computer? If you need any more details or would like the dump files please ask.

Alright system restore is complete to a date before the cleaning. It did manage to go into sleep mode. Will keep an eye on it for the next couple days see if the same BSOD pops up again.
