Possible disk or motherboard problem

Hey,

Soo today I was working on some project. When I was trying to search for a file i noticed that windows didn't list my files on my hard drive, disk E. Soo I though that restarting the pc might fix the problem. And when i was on my pc tab it said that there was 200 gb on the disk. Soo I restarted and got this nice screen *sarcastic*

Please help, I have alot of photos stored on there! I rly, rly, rly hope its not corrupted.

So you got bad win install, do as it says boot from installation media and repair it.
