Possible improvements on the Motherboard

I recently decided to build a brand new PC. I got all my parts selected but I`m not sure about which motherboard to get. My current motherboard is a ASRock H97 Pro4. So I was wondering if there are any other better choices for me to go with for around the same price. A H97 chipset is preferred since I don`t plan on doing any overclocking.
Here is the rest of my build:
-Intel i5 4460
-Gigabyte GTX 970
-XFX TS 550W
-CRUCIAL Ballistix Sport 8GB
-NZXT s340
-WD 1TB

H97 PRO4 is in tier 2. Try a Fatal1ty H97 Performance if you can afford it.
