Possible memory leak/Random Memory Spikes?

Hello,

Recently I have been noticing I get random memory spikes up to about 97%-98% and it's quite annoying. I currently have 16GB of G.Skill DDR3 RAM so I'm not sure what's hogging up all of my memory. When I kill one task or service host, something else suddenly comes up and keeps it at a high usage.

Tabs currently open: Namecheap,Twitter, Outlook, Facebook, and Twitch.
Programs open: Remote Desktop, FileZilla, Skype, Discord.

I then closed Twitch thinking it was that since they're live streams; didn't do anything.

  • I already performed a Windows 10 install/fix with keeping my existing files.
    I already performed a sfc /scannow.
    I already performed a dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth.
I already ran virus scans, rootkit scans, adware scans, malware scans, etc.

None in which helped. Images can be found here: http://imgur.com/a/SiM45

CPU-Z validation of my specs: https://valid.x86.fr/fnn8vm

Thanks!

Solution
it might be a driver leak

Download Process explorer and run it as admin (it comes from Microsoft so its safe)

the default view is tree structure meaning like your task manager screen, it will show what processes are under each service, but unlike task manager, it shows the ram usage of each part so you can see what is eating your ram

Private bytes = actual ram usage
Working set = Ram + page file usage

This page shows what all the colours and headings mean, link at bottom of it shows how to use it to find problems. You can right click headers and run an av scan from within the program.
