Possible motherboard failure?

So I have had this same Alienware x51 for about 6 or 7 years now, it is the R1 edition and before today was running at A03 bios. Over the past year or two I have noticed my games getting increasingly more laggy and unplayable, with the computer locking up much more often. I always figured it was due to my GTX 660 slowly losing relevance coupled with too many installed games and programs. Today I tried using Dell SupportAssist to see if anything may have been wrong (dumb idea), I saw a recommended update for my BIOS and figured that maybe that was causing the slowdown. It attempted to install A06 and everything went ok up until the point where the computer restarted. Since that point, my computer powers on, yet outputs no signal and beeps once every second. I have no keyboard input anymore and cannot find a way to reverse it. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, I'm willing to respond to any needed questions.

Also my apologies if this is in the wrong place as I am unsure if this is a bios corruption issue or now a motherboard issue caused by a corrupted bios
