For that budget you can get better GPU, Better PSU, Better Motherboard and Better SSD. Overall you can get better quality and performance for that budget if you build your own.

New Hardware specially new GPUs from NVIDIA and AMD is just few months away September/October expected release. I recommend holding off the purchase if you expect your PC to lst longer over time without any compromise.
For that budget you can get better GPU, Better PSU, Better Motherboard and Better SSD. Overall you can get better quality and performance for that budget if you build your own.
