I'm afraid not very well, the graphics card only has 1 gb vram, maybe it's possible on low settings, but you will not have a good performance. Go for a R9 270. It's cheap but performs well. Your other parts are fine. One thing that could also be a problem is the power supply. It might be okay, but it's on the low side. Just to play safe I recommend you a PSU with some more power.

Take a look at this GPU

and this PSU:

I used an i3 instead because they do run better than the 6300 in almost all games. I also chose the R9 270 because it is a very value oriented card and it will destroy the 650 Ti. For the memory I went the A-Data instead of the Crucial because it is more reliable IMHO. And last but not least I changed the PSU. Simply because that Antec was too small and it was really not that great. I went with an EVGA and not a seasonic or xfx for budget reasons. I think you can spend a little more for an XFX and get far better reliability. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

If you have any more questions please ask! :)

The i3-4150 will perform better than the 6300 in most games. Also with the i3 you dont need to OC to get good results. I would get a WD caviar blue instead of the Seagate because the WD is more reliable. Also, the CX series from corsair are really not that great. Get an XFX for cheaper than the CX500 and it will have way better quality.
