[SOLVED] Possible problem with 6+2 connector on PSU ?

Hi all.
I've got my corsair tx850 m hybrid psu on the bench to test. Should I be getting voltage from the 2 pin part of the 6+2?

I get 12v from the 6-pin part but zero voltage from the 2-pin part ?

It is the sense pin, AFAIK it doesn't suppose to have +12V reading, but zero.
