Possible problem with SSD

After the anniversary update, the machine in concern would suddenly reset, no BSOD, just black out a sec then reboot.

Curiously, the 3 years old 840 EVO would not be detected by the baseboard after the reset until I power off it, waits a few seconds and turn it back on.

The Windows event log does not seems to give any helpful details.
Crystal Disk vitals check results show all positive in a perfect condition, the number looks too good to me since it is the gaming rig I use on almost a daily basis, though I have a second hdd replaced the windows ProfileList locations.

Any ideas how to sort it out would be appreciated.

Samsung has its own drive diagnostic software called Samsung Magician, you can download it HERE.

First thing I'd do is load up Samsung Magician and see how that reports the disk health.
