[SOLVED] Possible this upgraded GPU would be bottlenecked?

I currently run an old set up consisting of Intel I5 - 3570K and Sapphire Radeon HD7950 Dual-X GPU. If I upgrade my GPU to something like RX 570/RX 580 for cheap, would it possibly be bottlenecked by the CPU?

While a 4c/4t cpu is a bit dated by now it is still a good match for a budget gpu like a rx 580. I think thats a really good upgrade.

I'm running an r9 fury with an fx 8350 and have very little bottlenecking. Your processor is faster and gpu slower so I dont think you would have any issues.

It will largely depend on the game. I’ve found one game that is unplayable on 4 core/thread CPU’s so far regardless of gpu choice.
