Possible to clean a PSU???

Ok my Antec 650w Power Supply has abit of dust inside it , and i really want to clean the dust out , is it safe to do so? or should i just leave it?, theres not alot but you can clearly see the dust all inside around it . Please tell me if its safe to clean one and how if there is a different type of way to clean one

Air compressor with filter or canned air the blow the dust out just disconnected it from the power supply first

easy way is high pressure air from a comressor or a air tool made for cleaning pc cases and parts out. they do sell those items on neweg and micro center and other pc stores.
