Hello,

Is it possible to do exposure lock with Canon G6 ? how ? please tell
me steps.

I would like to get close to a subject lock the exposure aperture and
speed and then get far from subject and take the pic, is that possible
with the G6 ?

Ummm... Look at the back of the camera - there is an AE Lock button.
...perhaps you should read the manual?
