Question Possible to fix a GPU that has come off the PCB?

So the other day I saw an ad online about a "Dead Zotac 660 Ti" and i thought this could be an easily repairable card.
I bought it the next day for like $3 USD. When the GPU arrived I immediately disassemble it and noticed that the GPU came off the PCB.
Could it be possibly fixed by any chance through reballing?

Do you have appropriate equipment and skills to perform reballing?
That board doesn't really look viable. Probably missing couple of components too.

Anyway - you got yourself decent gpu cooling solution for $3. Pretty good deal.

I don't have any experience nor the tools to fix it. I guess it can't be helped, other than to use the cooler though. I might have to ask the locals to fix it for me. Thanks for the reply anyways.
