Possible to have a completely fanless HTPC build?

I was thinking of making an HTPC build for watching movies/netflix/music/etc, but I was wondering if it was possible to have a completely fanless build if I use a lower-end Intel CPU and a large passive cooler. Is this unrealistic? I have no idea how hot HTPCs can get so I don't know if it's possible or not. This would also require a fanless PSU and no case fans.
